The trial, the plans and billing

Every monthly plan starts with a one month free trial, no credit card required. Foyer Go has no monthly fee at all: each renter costs CAD 14 with Starter’s features or CAD 19 with Pro’s, charged to the saved card when you send that renter’s first package. Everything works during the trial, and nothing is charged before it ends.

The plans

• Starter, $29 a month: one user, up to 27 clients a year, the checklist, the application, a link for every co-applicant, messages and email alerts.
• Pro, $47 a month: everything in Starter, plus your branding, cloud sync, the letter to the landlord, the showing route, properties seen and Google review requests.
• Team, $289 a month: everything in Pro for up to five users and 250 clients a year, with team management and shared clients.

Annual billing takes a share off every plan; the Billing page shows the exact figure. Larger teams talk to sales for a custom plan.

Paying and invoices

Choose a plan on the Billing page; payment goes through Stripe. Manage Billing opens your card, invoices and cancellation. Renters never pay.

When the trial ends

Your account and your clients’ files stay exactly where they are. Pick a plan to keep collecting; nothing is deleted while you decide.
