The showing route and the places they have seen
Forward the day’s schedule; the renter gets the stops, and keeps each place.
Every client has a forwarding address of their own, shown on their Showing Route tab. Forward the day’s schedule from BrokerBay or ShowingTime to it, or a Google Maps route, and the renter gets the day on their phone: the starting time, the addresses in order, and a choice of Google Maps for the whole day or Waze one address at a time.
By hand
No schedule to forward? Add a day by hand on the same tab: the date, the addresses in order, and a note for the whole day such as where to meet or parking. Saving replaces whatever was on that day. You can reorder or remove a stop. Maps at the top of the day opens the whole route; after Waze, each address is a tap that drives there.
However a route arrives, forwarded, pasted from Google Maps or typed in, the renter gets an email from you, by name, saying how many showings and on which day, with a button into Foyer, and a notice on their phone if they have the app. The addresses and times are not in the email; they stay on the route in Foyer. A day that changes is sent again, marked as updated; a day already past is not sent.
Properties seen
On the way round, the renter keeps each place under Properties Seen: the address, the asking price, their own photos and a note they can dictate while it is fresh. The board fills itself from the showing route, one property per stop, so nothing has to be typed on the doorstep. You see the same list on the client’s Properties Seen tab.
