The letter to the landlord

A letter alongside the offer turns an application into people. The renter answers seven short questions on their Sweetheart Letter tab, in point form, and every applicant adds their own comments. They can add a photo too, or you can add it for them.

Writing it

On the client’s Sweetheart Letter tab, enter the landlord’s name and Foyer writes the letter from the answers only: nothing invented, nothing about income or credit, one page, addressed and signed with the applicants’ names. Edit anything in the box: your edits save on their own, and the package sends the letter as you left it. Download it if you want a copy.

A letter you already have

If the renter wrote their own letter, or you wrote one elsewhere, press Upload a letter at the bottom of the tab and choose a PDF, JPG or PNG. The landlord then gets that letter in the package in place of the written one. Remove it to go back to the written letter.

Language

The letter is written in the language of the answers. Answers in French give a letter in French.
