Filling in the rental application

The application is long, so it saves every answer as you go. Stop and come back whenever suits you; nothing is lost.

Required fields

Fields with a red asterisk must be filled before you can submit. The list at the bottom of the form tells you what is still missing.

Consent and signature

The Privacy and Consent section explains what your information is used for and asks for your consent to a credit check. Typing your name is your signature. Signing stays with the main applicant; a co-applicant cannot sign for anyone else.

Submitting

Submit sends the application for review. If revisions are requested, you will see what to change and can submit again. You can still edit after submitting.

Co-applicants

Add up to three from People on this application. Each one gets their own link by email, or you copy it and hand it over, and answers for themselves. A co-applicant shares the lease and the rent and sends their own documents. An adult who will live there without applying with their income is added as an adult occupant, for consent only: one email, one signature, no documents.
