The letter

Landlords choose people, not just numbers. On your Sweetheart Letter tab, answer seven short questions in point form, and every applicant adds their own comments. Add a photo if you like. From your answers, the person you are working with gets a one page letter that goes to the landlord with the offer, in your words and under your names.

Showing days

When a day of viewings is arranged, the day appears on your Showing Route tab: the starting time and the addresses in order. Press Maps for the whole day in Google Maps, or press Waze and then the address you are driving to.

Properties seen

Seven viewings blur into one by Sunday night. Under Properties Seen, keep each place with the address, the asking price, your own photos and a note you can dictate while it is fresh; nothing is recorded, your words go into the note. When a showing route is set up, the board fills itself from it, one property per stop, ready for your photos. Remove a place you do not want to keep and it stays removed.
