Your portal: signing in and what to do first
The invitation, your password, your checklist, your language.
Your realtor gave you a link or sent you an invitation by email. Either way, you choose a password once and your portal opens on your checklist.
The checklist
Each item says what is needed. Upload a PDF or take a photo with your phone; the photo becomes a clean PDF on its own. Your progress fills in as you go, and the person you are working with is told the moment something lands.
The rest of your portal
The rental application saves as you type. Messages is your direct line to the person you are working with. The showing route shows the day’s viewings on your phone, and you can keep each place you see with photos and a dictated note.
Language
Switch between English and French at the top of the page. Your choice is remembered, and your emails follow it.
